Association KLUO is a non-governmental and non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth and including participants with fewer opportunities. Through education, culture, sports, multimedia and environmental initiatives, we create space for personal development, creativity and active participation in the community. We believe in equal opportunities, solidarity and mutual respect. Our goal is to build an inclusive, connected and sustainable society.

Mission
Our mission is to encourage the active participation of young people in society through innovative educational, cultural and social programs, as well as through cooperation with local and international partners. Through joint action, we build a culture of solidarity, responsibility and mutual support, creating opportunities for personal development, creativity and inclusion of everyone, especially youth with fewer opportunities.

The vision of KLUO is an inclusive and just society based on knowledge, mutual respect and equal opportunities. Through long-term programs and partnerships, we strive to contribute to positive social changes that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
