Activity description
Impact Lab for Youth Work - Designing Quality Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges is a five-day international training course created for youth workers, trainers, facilitators or active volunteers who want to go beyond "just doing youth exchanges" and start making a real impact through Erasmus+.
The training brings together 24 participants, residents of EU member states and third countries not associated with the Erasmus+ program, to explore how Erasmus+ youth exchanges can become powerful learning experiences, not just well-organized activities. Many youth workers have great ideas and strong motivation, but often face challenges when it comes to learning design, inclusion, impact planning and turning project results into long-term change.
From identifying the real needs of young people to creating activities that lead to significant outcomes, the goal of the training course is to strengthen the competencies of youth workers to design, manage and implement quality Erasmus+ youth exchanges as structured learning processes, ensuring a significant impact on young people, organizations and local communities through intentional informal learning and strong international cooperation.
If you work with young people and want your Erasmus+ projects to be more focused, inclusive and impactful, this training course is for you.
